about 2 years ago i lost my license over a mistake. an officer wrote tickets out to a parked car under my fathers name and sent them to me. when i appeared at court he admitted that he never pulled me over . i was under the impression i could get my license back after that they even told me so in the courtroom. now i have a warrant for my arrest over the same tickets and have to reappear in court. how should i go about dealing whit this should i get a lawyer or can i go and speak for myself ?
