im frightened in my house at the moment,weird things happenin?

just latlly ive hd weird things been goin on,ive lived in my house 26 yrs and over the years little things like noises ect,but now there gettin worst my tv keeps changing channels when im out of the room,ive heard lots of noises like runnin up and down stairs,(when theres only me here)im a catholic,but im gettin nervous and feel a presence a lot of times i cant explain,as any one been through anythin sim,thanks,ive got a 15 yr old daughter in school and 2 grown ups,flown the nest,im at home due to ill health,but im not crazy lol.cheers for answers
