im form colombia. in my country there are administratives judges, and there is..?

a special law called administrative law.. my teacher toldme that in USA there are no administrative law cuz, the fights between The state and people are solved by civil judges. the reason is: no administrative law no administrative judges! but i dont think the same...could you help me
