Has anyone had any luck using the voice part of IM+ for skype? I finally managed to get it to actually connect and got a half a ring out of the phone I was trying to call but then get a "general error" message and that's it. I have the unlimited Skype-out and this IM+ seemed pretty cool. I'm on T-mobile and have the settings correct as far as I know.
Are there any other VOIP services that can be used on the blackberry instead of using plan minutes? I only have the data plan on mine so the whole VOIP thing interests me (it's what I have for a home phone too).
The toast.net speedtest results were 75k the first time and around 200k after that, and I have 4 bars of signal on the blackberry. Are the connections fast enough for VOIP? It would be great if I could make one of these things work.
