at the end of summer I decided I wanted to tone up, be healthy and exercise more.
I didn't have any equipment I could use... except an old exercise bike that I'd use for like.. 9 minutes
then i'd do some pilates, situps, ect
I'd do this everyday
but last week my parents got me a elliptical!
so I stopped using the old crappy bike
I've been using the elliptical 20 minutes on it every single night. along with the pilates and other things
and I've bumped up my protein intake a tiny bit because I want muscles.
But instead of muscle, I seem to be getting fatter. and losing muscle I don't understand!
my stomach seems flabbier
and my thighs look larger... Idk if its all in my head or what..
I dont understand how switching from only 9-10 pointless minutes on an exercise bike
to 20 sweat-dripping minutes on a elliptical would make me get fatter.
I should be looking thinner!
