I'm exercising and eating right, but not losing any fat?
Hi, I am exercising and eating right. I weigh approximately 165 and I am 5'2. I also have some insulin resistance due to PCOS as well, so that will make weightl loss harder. But what I am wondering is that I am creating calorie deficits by eating low calorie vegetables and healthy stuff and exercising by doing cardio (stuff that makes you sweat) with minor strength training. It's been about two weeks, I am not losing weight. I was told I may be gaining muscle mass, but my belly / waist size is measured to be 41 inches in diameter. Please help me!

Also, did I eat too much?
3 cups of soup (cream of brocoli, mushroom and putato). (so it's actually one big bowl). Guesstimate.
4 small slices of lean turkey
1 pumpkin spice muffin from a fast food
1/2 chopped pineapple
3 crackers
2 slices of cheese
Is htis too much for one day?
