I'm eating right, and exercising and not losing weight. Can you help me?

Hi, my name is Alexa-Teneli and I'm thirteen years old. I am not extremely overweight, nor am I at my Ideal weight. I am 5'7 and I weigh 130 pounds. I eat a healthy diet and I exercise normally three times a week, sometimes more. I know with my being so young that I will experience weight shifts as I get older. But I have been trying for around a year to lose around ten pounds but I haven't gotten past 128. Can you please tell me how I can lose weight and what I am doing wrong? Thank you(:
