i'm doing weight watchers, but i want to cook a romantic dinner for two.?

is this possible? I am not the best cook in the world, and I've NEVER cooked for my fiance. I'm dead serious...
If I don't have to have any special utensils or anything then I think i can do it, but I don't want to break my diet.
It'll be his first night home in two weeks so I want it to be special. Any ideas?
