Im doing an avant garde make up wanted to ask if the look needs to have dark black

eyebrows? I wanted to know if an Avant Garge make up needs to have thick black eyebrows drawn on to make them stronger, or can you just do really exterme eye makeup using bright anbd dark colours with alot of shape to the eye.
