one is being charged for...? I'm doing a paper in school about law and some of the things that happen If some one is being charged for:

Assault by beating X3
Assault Occasioning Actual bodily harm
destroying/damage to a property x2
false imprisonment x2
battery x2

But are on the run. (not attending court etc) does this eventually get removed from their record after some years etc?

If you can help me with this asap as i have not completed it thank you
