I'm doing a compare and contrast essay on to authors works?

How do I make the introduction for William Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night and John Milton "Paradise Lost". And what comparisons and contrast can I use? Just need a little push to get on the right page.
 
Either start with a quotation or startling fact. The first sentence should not be your thesis, that should be the third or fourth sentence. Maybe contrast the two authors diction, tone, sentence structure, use of allusions or any other literary technique.
