Im doing a BA HONS in business management how much do i need in year three to get a 2:1?

I am studying a business management degree in wales and i have had an average of 53% in year two. I was wondering how much year three marks contribute to my final marks and how well i will need to do in year three to get a 2:1 or even 1:1 i know i can do it ive just been to lazy in year two!
