The Steve Maddens. I have the exact same boots (in black) and tons of people complimented me, asked me where I got it, and told me that they wished they had a pair too.
 
I would say the Steve Madden boots in black :) They are really cute and stylish, I love them!! Uggs are really nice too, if you are looking for warmth and comfort. Still, the Steve Madden ones are more fashionable.
