I'm debating something. Anyone want to help figure it out? Should I talk to him, or...

...should I leave him alone? As an advance warning, yes, I analyze things down to the marrow of the bone. It's just who I am...

So...I've been debating something...
here's the back story...

About three weeks ago, I stumbled across this guy online and added him on Facebook. Then a week later (about two weeks ago), we spoke on Facebook chat. It was a drivelly mess, but what else do you expect out of a 10 minute introduction. I don't know if he signed off without saying goodbye on purpose or just got disconnected.
Since then, I've said "Hello." and "how are you" twice (separate days of course, lol.), and he said nothing. Now, I don't know if this is because he didn't want to talk to me, or if he just didn't see/receive it (Facebook is notorious for crappy messaging service, and the dude does have over 600 friends...so...yeah).

Two days ago, he posts on Facebook *and* his personal site, "I'll be on Skype if anyone wants to chat." but I don't know if I should.

What do you think? Should I add him on Skype? Is it too soon to try talking to him again (yes, I like him, but he has a girlfriend. I'm not even roaming in that direction, just friends for now.)? What do I say so he gets the sense of friendly newcomer and not annoying stalker? Facebook or Skype? Or...both?

Let me know.
