I'm currently leasing a 2007 toyota, I got it in March/2007 and I'd like to know?

I'd like to know if I could exchange my toyota/07 for a new 2009 toyota?? I put 2000 down in March/07 and I have never missed a payment.
Is this possible to have it exchange for a new car? My current lease ends in June/2010. Someone knows about this?
