I'm curious what a good quote is to install headers to my truck? I've been quoted...

...$300, is that fair? I have done all of the other major mods to my Expedition except the headers and before I buy them, just want to make sure or ask what a good quote is to install them? I am in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and have no mechanic that I routinely go to. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
