The past week or two, I've been craving fish. Seeing as I'm allergic to fish, could this mean my body might be lacking something? Should I try taking some kind of supplement?
I'm a man, so I'm not pregnant.

Proteins and omega 3 fatty acids or iodine. If you are craving salty foods it could be iodine which usally is added to table salt, the lack of which can make you be a bit snappy. If it is protein you will also grave meat, eggs etc. Oddly such a craving could mean a craving for the ocean.

This could be your body's way of telling you it is lacking protein or Omega-3. If you're allergic to fish, don't eat it, but start taking vitamins and see if that helps with the cravings.
