I live in the USA and I have to start applying for college this year in the fall, but apart from colleges here I was looking at one in Canada and the University of Toronto is close enough to the US- Canada boundry for me.
The only problem is, I don't know how the whole paying for tuition works over there, and how the application process is different than that of the US.
Can anyone tell me more about college system over there?
