I'm confused, what makes one senator who is trained in law & has taught

constitutional law & gov't, 'less' ...? ... qualified than one who hasn't done either, to run a government?
 
You see, it's not a matter of gaining the qualities from experience desirable in a leader. It's simply a matter of being in politics longer. That's what truly constitutes "experience."
