im confused, downloaded help please

when i download a file via the NZB links on FST, what should they download as?

they are downloading as .txt files at 0 bytes, could someone please explain what i am doing wrong, or if im not doing it wrong, what to do next

u are dling files over your retention..meaning youve tried to download files that isnt on your news-server anymore..most isp server holds files only a couple of days..and they delete them for newer files..so u need to buy a premium news-server like giganews or newshosting for better retenion 40-70 days..
