Im cant eat or sleep because of my tmj pain please help me!?

yesterday i got a shot for the pain to go away and now today after the shot has worn off my pain is so bad it hurts to open my mouth and i have to keep it just a little open because when i was at the speacilist yesterday he told me until my night gaurd is ready i have to keep my mouth open just a little because it never gets a rest when its shut..... i have a huge over bite and my bone is curved to much and it goes behind my ear when i shut my mouth (my x-rays were realy bad)..... and what him and my mom decided on was because we have to save the money because inssurence wont cover any of this my mom is going to get me a night gaurd in probaly a month or 2 and next year im going to get braces ..... but right now my pain is so bad i dont even want to open my mouth to talk or anything i cajt eat i cant sleep and my head is hurting (im only 13) and i already took tylenol this morning the a little while ago i took an ibuprofin but its not helping much ..... i tried drinking a milkshake and it helped a little and my jaw just hurts so bad right now and so does my head so please help me!!!! im realy tired but cant sleep because of all the pain!
