Yeah, you can do that if you unlock phones. However, your buying a Boost phone, which isn't GSM, its and IDEN phone. Putting a GSM sim card in there will do nothing for you. You have to have an IDEN sim card in it and from my understanding IDEN networks around the world, like here in the states, are pretty pathetic. Hope that helps you...
