Im building my own bike, what are some good parts?

I'm probably buying the TwoFortyThree freeride frame, but it might be a little too heavy. I'm doing freeride, park, street stuff and dirt jumps, maybe some slopestyle. What would be some good disc brakes, also SS or rear derailleur? Also can I get a gyro for brakes and a rear derailleur.
