im building a 1992 ford ranger into a prerunner?

my ford ranger is 2wd and it has twin i-beams. i want to find a cheap way to get width and a little bit of height. so i was thinking... if i got twin i-beams off of an f-150 would they would work on my ranger? then just customize my radious arms. would the f-150 beams just bolt on?
