Im bike riding 6 miles everyday is that good?

I just started bike riding with my friend at the park we do
6 miles everyday and counting the other mile it takes for me
to go back to my house wich is like 7 miles everyday will that
make me lose some weight and if yes like in how long and I also
drink alot of water but I eat ice pops everyday and it says sugar free
but in calories it says 20 will that also affect me?
 
YES! that is one of the best exercise you could do. But try running some of it. And it really doesn't matter weather the ice pops has sugar or not..you biking it off. and maybe you could slim it down to maybe 1 ice pop every other day
 
Good for you, with a balance diet and bike riding you should start seeing a difference in a month. Try walking for a while every day also to help core muscles. Swimming will help also since it exercises all the muscles in your body.
