B Bryan New member Jul 6, 2009 #1 ...while DIP. am i facing jail? i'm being charged with petty larceny (18.2-96), obstruction of justice (18.2-460) and drunk in public (18.2-388), i'm hoping for probation with community service and fines, can I avoid jail with these charges?
