im australian and i dont understand the american military system?

Marines- one of the five branches
Airforce
Navy
Coast Guard
Army- Also one of the five branches

Rangers- a unit in the army (do some research)
Navy Seals- special forces unit in the navy (look at the first word?)

seriously, do 5 minutes of research, it's not that hard. Lazy. Please don't ever join the military.
