I'm an electronics and communications engineer. i want to do civil engineering. can any one help me how can i do it. where can i apply.
 
I agree with the 2nd poster, they are very different. I'm sure during your degree that you took equivalent (or more) math, probably the same idea common core subjects but as far as the major goes .. you are in a totally different area. Are you an actual engineer or a student? If you are an actual engineer why wouldn't you ask your local registration body being as they would control what you do, and if you are a student why not talk to the department at school? Asking questions like this online with no information as to where you are located are pretty much useless, you are bound by the rules of your jurisdiction so why not go directly to the source?
 
You are more than half way there. Most of your courses can be used for a civil engineering degree. In fact if you get a PE, in most states, the PE can be used in any field. However, you should take courses to know the material.

Go to your local Civil engineering school with your transcript. Have them review it, and tell you which courses can be applied to the Civil engineering degree. With luck, you may only require a hand full of courses.
