...get any worse please help? I'm 26, I started drinking at age 19 every once in awhile to everyday, I can't seem to stop now at the age of 26, I will admit to the fact that I am an alcoholic and I need help, but I don't know where to look....I used to be a body builder, avid hiker, very athletic.....nowadays it seems alcohol has stopped me from progressing in life everywhere imaginable, I would like to check myself into rehab but I don't have the money for such a thing, I'm afraid I'm going to drink myself to such horrible health that I'll die before I reach the age of 40.....can anyone point me in the right direction????
