Im an 18 year old male and wanting to purchase a 1989 buick reatta. What would...

No one can tell you that, because there are lots of factors. What you CAN do is go to an insurance company's website and request a free quote. They'll ask you a bunch of questions about you and about the car and then give you a general idea of how much they'd charge you for insurance. Some companies might give you dramatically different rates than others, so be sure to try a bunch! A good place to start is progressive.com. Good luck! :)

You'll have to talk to a local insurance agent or get an online quote from companies like Progressive or GEICO to get a real idea of what insurance is going to cost.

If your state requires a vehicle safety inspection before you can transfer title or get license plates, it probably won't pass with a cracked windshield. You might want to include the cost of replacing it into your budget before you buy.

i can tell you one thing, make sure its paid off and you can get liability. because any male thats single and has a car, their insurance is almost twice of a women's, kind of profiling IMO and sterotyping, but unfortuatly you cannot do anything about it. go google some insurance quotes.
