I'm American going to europe. is there a cellphone that is also a GPS?

well... no pre-pay phone plan is going to have GPS on it.
as for a phone, iphones are the best for GPS.
 
I'll be staying long-term in france. I want to get a cellphone with some kind of pre-pay cellphone plan. What do you recommend? I'm assuming if I buy it here I'd have to get an unlocked phone.

Also, It would be nice if this also had GPS capabilities. Is there such thing?
