Im always getting these weird feelings..?

Srry if this is long..

Ok well ive always had Deja voos my whole life, like i would be in preschool and i would feel like ive already been through that day already, and when ever i look at clouds, they like form a picture or figure. Like one time i was looking at this cloud and it turned into a witch on her broom. My grandma just died and we always called her a witch as a joke (idky we just did) so i said hi grandma and the cloud waved at me! I swear it did. Then a month ago, i heard footsteps so i looked at my moms rooms doorway and i saw this black shadow of a girl run across and yesterday my friend slept over and she was like "omg! I swear i just saw a girl standing up". And i always feel im not alone and im being watched by soming and its just rlly weird.
My old friend that used to live next to me said that she would see a balck shadow of a dog in her room at night. and i hav a cat that sometimes stares at the wall and runs around with big eyes like hes trying to catch a bug but theres never anything there. and one time he looked like he was posessed and i said hi grandma and he made the loudest meow and stared at me and then he was normal again...

And you said to ask questions but what should i ask?
 
maybe your house is haunted. and its not really deja vu. i get that all the time. only its REAL. ill get random pictures in my head of moments in life and witin the next week i see it happening and just completely and totally just black out mentally by how strange and odd it is to see something exactly the same, twice. it happens all the time.
