I'm always failing my science, social studies, and reading tests?

okay i'm ALWAYS failing my science, social studies and reading tests. but math and english come naturally to me. and failing those tests are bringing my grades down. and that's bad. but on my Science TCAP, it's the tennessee school year test i scored advanced in all of it. and there are only three grading parts: advanced(highest), proficient(middle), and non-proficient(lowest). and math and part of reading i got advanced....but the rest was proficent. i always forget to study and i can't member the things that my teachers tell me, what can i do? HELP PLZZZ
