I'm sixteen and I hate going to the gym/running/walking or doing any kind of exercise in front of other people.
I'm really out of shape. I mean, I'm really thin, but I'm out of shape. I haven't worked out since I had gym class in December.
I'm just thin. I have no muscle. I want to get toned though so I'm not just awkward and bony lol.
Every time I go the gym and stuff though I feel so awkward! Like everyone is watching me use the machines like an idiot. We have a treadmill and weights in our basement but I never use them... I guess I could start out there..
How could I get into it though? I don't see how so many people are so comfortable just going to the gym. It seems so awkward to me.
