I'm very, very afraid that I will quit like I did before. My mom used to have a job from 9am-8pm, and when she would go home, she and I would walk around the city. I lost 4 lbs after 2 weeks, but we stopped because it was dangerous and we bought a treadmill.
The problem with the treadmill was that it was too tall, and we have no room for it other than the basement. My back would hurt so badly because I would slump in order to walk (I'm only 16) and I finally gave up. A year later, here I am again. I want to lose at least 50-70lbs, but I'm SO AFRAID that I won't stick to it.
I bought a stationary bike and will move it to my room and plan to do it at least 20-30 minutes. I honestly have this fear that I won't stick to it. Please, please give me advice!!
