I am really into working out and running.
How long after I get the tat should I wait to run(because I sweat really bad) and i run at night, is it okay to go shirtless or should I always have a shirt on.
Also can a lift weights within the next day and workout my back muscles, and use things the involve your back like the bench press.
I'm just really concerned about the sweating and really don't want to take time off from my workouts.
