Question: I'm a Windows user and I keep getting a message saying the "media is not available". Why?
Answer:
• Open Windows Media Player by going to Start > Run > type: wmplayer.exe.
• Select Tools from the menu bar and choose Options.
• Choose the Network Tab.
• Make sure RTSP/UDP, RTSP/TCP and HTTP are checked.
• Make sure "Allow the player to receive multicast streams" is checked.
• Save your changes and relaunch our streaming player to try again.
*RTSP/UDP, RTSP/TCP and HTTP & "Allow the player to receive multicast streams" are all greyed out...
