I'm a month late for my period,negative test?

I'm a month late for my period but when i took a home pregnancy test it came back negative, but i'm having synthoms of being pregnant such as my breast's are tender,everyone in a while I get sick after eating some meal's and i have to go to the bathroom like every ten to twenty min . I would go to the doctor but I don't have the money too. Also my period is always on time.
