Im a Junior in High School and I need to start looking for colleges.?

I live in New York and plan on going to college here, Im pretty sure I either want to go for psychology or sociology. I want to go somewhere fun, but that also has a good education. Any ideas? Also I was thinking about going to a sorrority, what are your thoughts one those?
