...a lower receiver for one? I believe I have to buy it from a company and have it shipped locally and pay the local company to run a background check on me before I get it, but I'm not sure. I just need the lower receiver for an AR-15. Any help on how I could go about doing this would be greatly appreciated. I'm buying it for my husband as a Christmas gift... he's a avid hunter and gun collector.
