analysis/wealth management? I have my finance degree - just graduated. Looking to work my way up and wondering the most common/easiest path to follow. How long should I stay in this role? What should I be looking for next? This isn't what I want to do for a long time.

You've set a clear goal for yourself, I would suggest to take immediate action. A fund accountant should be good at numbers and be able to manipulate them which is a good background for any financial analysis career. Write to the managers of private banking/wealth management of reputable banks and state your goal in your cover letter. Convince them with your enthusiasm, knowledge and determination.
