I'm a freshman girl and next year I want to try out for football. help?

I'm about 5' 2", and 115 lbs. I don't know my 40 time.

I've started running and doing a few agility exercises, and my bf is trying to teach me about the game.

but I still need some other exercises to work with.

and I'm a good eater, but I want to know some things that I should be eating that I might not be.

and if you can think of anything else that will help me, please go ahead and tell me.
