...anything I should know? There's this really big, really beautiful mosque in my city and I've always wanted to visit it and observe the services on Friday, but I've always been too reluctant to do so. I've decided on visiting it this upcoming Friday, but I'll be going alone so I want to make sure I do everything right and not commit any faux pas.

First off, I'm a man, so:

- What is considered appropriate mosque attire? Should I dress up really formally? T-shirts?
- I live in the United States. Do the mosques here have English services or is everything done in Arabic?
- Am I expected to participate in the prayers, or can I just keep silent and observe? Will this be considered rude?
- Are there any parts of the services that are reserved strictly for Muslims that I should avoid doing?
- Are there any gestures, customs, or other forms of normative behavior I should be aware of?
