Im 6'4" what bike size should I get?

I have a bike issue. Im getting a new bike, im 6'4", my friend tells me to get a 19.5, but im thinking more 21, which should I get?

The bike shop will help you out with the fitting 19.5 sounds too small for you. It will depend on what type of bike you are looking at.
