Im 5'8 200Lb and need 2lose weight like 50lb fast, i bike all the time but

stay the same what can i do ? like im 200 pounds and bike a lot all the time like 2 miles here and there a day everyother day and spend other time just riding and doing wheelies and stuff and my friend always gets girls and he skinny so i want to lose weight to get confidence to actually get girls i mean im funny but have like no confiddence cuz im shy is there a way i can get more girls with losing wieght or is there no way without it please help im 15 and hating life so far

He has a couple of valid points though, but starving yourself is a good way to start having new problems.

You need to eat a couple of hundred calories less per day than you are now to start making progress. Drinking plenty of water (still not fizzy, apparently, though I haven't figured that one out yet). Eat healthier food too; nothing high in fat but watch out for low-fat foods that contain higher levels of sugar.

Keep exercising but realise that it takes a lot of running/cycling about to burn off even one Snickers (about 20 minutes brisk walking), so keep at it and as you get lighter and fitter, increase it.

Lastly, I know it seems like it right now, but girls are not the only thing in the world at 15 (your health and self confidence are more important) and there will be plenty more in the years to come.

Stick with it.
 
Think about this; do you like chubby women. If you don't mind just know this--overweight women don't like overweight men.

You will need to give up the morning Starbucks runs or whatever you do that adds enough calories to count as an extra meal. Examine your life and notice how much you really consume. Bicycling isn't going to cut it. You probably aren't really exercising just casually riding. no walking briskly for 45 minutes every day or at least five days a week, you should keep an exercise diary so you don't cheat. You might keep track of what you eat in that diary also. It is easy to cheat and make excuses that is why so many people can't seem to lose weight and or keep it off. You need to be strict.
