(Its actually fluctuating between 100 and 106 if that matters)
I had a daughter Dec. 20th 2009, and before I got pregnant I was 135-138 which was questionable to me because I gained about 12 pounds in a year, and before then I was around 125-127ish. After birth I weighed around 168-171 and i'm 23 years old. I was depressed about my weight for about 4 months in the beginning 2010 but once I got over that my weight kept dropping and losing and i've been eating whenever through the days but excluded junk food as mush as I could, and so t seemed like some other issues of mine started to surface.
I was just diagnosed with something about mood swings & depression but i googled the medication (which I just started on the 20th of this month(Jan) and it said it treats seizures and bipolar? idk what that's about, but could that just be the cause of my losing weight?
If so what should I do? I work out at home, only things I do are sit-ups and squats w/ 5/10lb weights, to work out my thighs and a few other exercises and stretches. Once I can afford a gym membership I'll do that but I've been drinking ensure and eating as much as I can. I did cut way low on the junk food unlike before and when I was pregnant.
I figured ladies in the pregnancy section would know Thanks.
