I'm 5'5, street bike/dirt bike question?

Whats the biggest (cc) or (seat height) on a bike without me falling off at a stop or leaning a lot to keep myself balanced? I think a 125 is good enough, but maybe. 250 one day? And for a street bike, i want a 600cv, but it might be too big? idk
 
i ride 125 with no problem.

250 might be a little bit of a challenge. cause im 5'5" and its a little much for me to handle. its too heavy.
