Im 5' tall and im a begginer. I want to dirt bike. What bike should I get?

I was looking at the Suzuki DRZ 125 and the DRZ 125L... I dont want anything expensive.. also how do you know if a bike is right for you? Eg. Its up to your waist.... etc.
