I have been starting to drop the fatty foods i love and replace that with fiber foods such as Banana's and apples etc. I am jogging early in the morning ( before breakfest ) and late ( Before dinner) at night. I also try to do 50 sit ups a day. I dont look very fat but i get embarassed to take my shirt off and such so. Any tips that dont involve pills, gyms and or fasting will be great and much appreciated.Thanks for all that help =D
