I'm trying to not gain too much weight.....hopefully only what is absolutely necessary. How many calories should I eat? I think I've been eating around 2200 a day for a while. Too many?
Thanks!

Please do not count calories right now. Listen to your body and if your hungry- eat, if you are not hungry then don't eat. I lived by that philosophy when I was pregnant with my first and I ended up weighing 20 lbs less than when I got pregnant and my daughter was over 9lbs!

Alot of the reason women gain so much weight is because they get it in their head that they HAVE to eat for 2 and they don't need to, a baby is not a full grown person and does not require the nutritional or caloric intake as a full grown person. Doctors say an extra 300 calories a day is suffice.
